Anni was very much waited for. She was amazingly good little setter growing up under the protective care of my older setter Megan.
I can not remember Anni ever being naughty or bad. She was extremely peaceful and stoic. I’ve known no other setter so calm.
At a certain period she reminded more of a blood hound than a setter. Both by nature and looks. Even her skin was too big for her body like blood hounds. She surprised me with immense learning ability. She loves her doggy treats. To get to them she might be patiently making a hole in your pocket to get to them without you noticing. That is the biggest motive for Anni to do anything at all. So it wasn’t very difficult to train her and now we are competing obedience winner class level. Her other favorite thing is to bring me sticks. She can do that for hours. She loves being comfortable. If she wants to lie down, she wills no matter if there is room or not.
That is also part of her need to be close to me. Anni is a good girl all over. There is not a bad bone in her. Her tail is wagging all of the time. She has been the best possible mother to my tiny griffon Ronja.
Thank you Piret for giving me such a great friend.
